Physicians Eyecare Group in a Stanton Optical-adjacent store is seeking a Doctor Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint for patients, guiding interactions from clinical services to retail. You will deliver outstanding customer service, support pretesting, digital refraction, contact lens care, and accurate patient records while promoting products and services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and facilitate sales while promoting products and services.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, complaint resolution, and order status updates.
• Maintain patient records confidential and compliant with HIPAA requirements.
• Assist in lab and eyewear tasks to expedite delivery and ensure accuracy.
