Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, ensuring the highest quality Optometric care and seamless coordination between doctor and retail teams.

You will greet customers promptly, explain services, review prescriptions, and assist in selecting frames and lenses that suit lifestyle and budget, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and store standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with external and internal customers.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Good problem solving and math skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Sales-driven attitude and product knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds and provide a warm welcome.
• Answer the phone promptly (3 rings) in a friendly manner.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products, and services to patients and customers.
• Review prescriptions and patient info, consulting with colleagues when needed.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that fit lifestyle and budget.
