LensCrafters in California seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure top-quality Optometric care. You will blend brand storytelling with patient-centered service and coordinate between doctor and retail teams to enhance the patient journey.

The role emphasizes greeting customers promptly, product knowledge, and accurate processing of prescriptions and orders, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds); answers calls promptly and explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses that fit their vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Performs pre-examination testing with accuracy; coaches patients on contact lens care and handles inventory/disinfection as needed.
• Maintains patient records compliant with HIPAA and operates the POS system accurately.
