LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to create exceptional value for customers by delivering the LensCrafters Experience and ensuring high-quality optometric care. You will help link the doctor and retail functions, greet customers, explain services, and manage patient information with care.

The role emphasizes quick customer engagement, accurate handling of prescriptions, and collaboration with clinicians while maintaining store standards and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides eye care guidance.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with accuracy.
• Coordinates with Optician/Doctor and management as needed.
• Assists customers in frame and lens selection based on vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Operates the POS system and handles payments accurately.
