LensCrafters in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience with top-notch customer service and accurate patient care. You will help patients with frame and lens selection, process pre-exams, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Role requires strong communication, sales skills, and initiative in a busy retail optometry setting. Training emphasizes brand standards and seamless coordination with clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides friendly service.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information for accuracy; consults with Optician/Managing Doctor as needed.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Performs pre-examination testing with accuracy and explains measurements to patients.
• Maintains and discloses patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Operates the POS system and processes payments with accuracy and security.
• Keeps store displays and promotions aligned with company guidelines.
• Supports the doctor and retail teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
