LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will guide customers in selecting frames and lenses, perform pre-examination testing, and support both optical and retail teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and accurate handling of prescriptions, with responsibilities spanning sales, record-keeping, and daily store operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and courteously.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information for accuracy.
• Identifies special needs and consults with Optician/Doctor or Retail Management when needed.
• Maintains patient records in a organized and HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Places contact lens orders and processes shipments and invoices for payment.
• Operates POS system accurately and collects payments securely.
• Communicates store promotions and ensures displays meet guidelines.
