Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Lead EyeCare Advisor for a Full-Time role in-store. You will deliver the LensCrafters Experience, assist customers with frames and lenses, and coordinate care between screening, optometry and retail staff to ensure top-tier service.

Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, handling transactions, and supporting doctor and retail functions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and upholding brand standards.
