LensCrafters in Los Angeles is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience to patients. You will support both optometry and retail functions, ensuring a seamless patient journey from check-in to care coordination.

You will greet customers, explain tests and prescriptions, review paperwork, and handle patient records with HIPAA compliance. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA guidelines.
• Handle and submit invoices and payments.
• Operate the POS system accurately and securely.
• Explain delivery timelines and one-hour processing.
