Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide exceptional customer service and seamless support between clinical and retail teams. You will assist with pre-testing, refraction, contact lens care, and patient interactions to ensure a standout experience in-store.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service, some optical experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team setting.
• Strong communication with diverse groups of people.
• Associate degree or certification beyond high school. or currently enrolled in comparable program.
• Promotes high work standards and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience by greeting customers and advising on products/services.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to meet goals and metrics.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; resolve patient complaints and manage orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic lab duties, ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA; assist with repairs and frame edging as needed.
