Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at the store, ensuring a smooth transition between clinical services and retail. You will engage with patients, promote products, and support both clinical and retail teams to optimize the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service in a related setting, basic optical knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and basic computer skills.
• Optical industry knowledge is a plus, with ability to promote products to patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Foster collaboration between retail and clinical teams to enhance customer experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist with patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Support lab tasks such as assembling and fitting lenses as needed.
