Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly within 30 seconds.
• Answer phone calls within three rings warmly.

• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully.
• Assist with lens/frame selection and care.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
