Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Leader to join our eye care focused sales team in California.

The role centers on disease state education, product launches, and ongoing growth of XDEMVY, with accountability for account management, promotion, and territory performance. You will drive strategic engagement with eye care professionals, manage field activities, and collaborate with district leadership to maximize access, compliance, and sales results across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical launch experience is strongly preferred.
• Eye Care experience preferred.
• Proven problem solving and collaboration track record.
• Highly adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Proven ability to escalate difficult issues and make tough decisions.

Responsibilities

• Account management and eye care expert engagement with stakeholders.
• Drive top-tier sales execution and productivity across the territory.
• Monitor KPIs weekly to annually and adjust approach based on data.
• Provide frontline feedback to leadership and ensure compliance.
• Promote compliant promotion aligned with corporate values.
