Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Leader to drive eye care product launches and ongoing sales growth in designated California territories, including San Jose and Walnut Creek.

This field-based role emphasizes strategic planning, strong account management, and excellent execution with a focus on compliant promotion. The position requires 2+ years pharma sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel 40–50% across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in business/science or related field
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience required
• Eye Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with eye care customers and stakeholders
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key productivity metrics
• Drive launch and ongoing performance with data-driven plans and feedback loops
• Ensure PDMA compliance and adherence to company guidelines
• Share best practices and maximize resources to drive territory success
• Report to District Sales Leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams
