Job summary

TarsusRx seeks a Territory Leader in eye care to drive education, launch, and growth of XDEMVY across the San Jose/Walnut Creek area. This field-based role emphasizes strategic thinking, account management, and compliant promotion of our products.

The candidate will manage ophthalmology/optometry practices, foster stakeholder relationships, and execute pull-through strategies while navigating managed care. Travel will be 40%–50%, with HQ visits to Irvine as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or proven B2B sales track record.
• Eye care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account management with eye care customers and key stakeholders.
• Drive top-tier sales execution and productivity across the territory.
• Monitor KPIs weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly and adjust plans based on data.
