Job summary

PrincetonOne LLC is seeking a Territory Leader to cover the Ann Arbor area, focusing on eye care products and pharma-related sales. You will manage accounts, educate on disease states, and drive launch and ongoing performance within a dynamic team.

The role requires 2+ years in pharma or healthcare sales, strong relationship-building, and a proven track record in sales execution. Travel 40-50% across larger geographies is expected, with a base pay ladder reflecting tiered leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business to business sales - required.
• Proven track record of pharmaceutical launch experience - strongly preferred.
• Eye Care experience- preferred.
