Job summary

Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Leader based in the Ann Arbor, MI area to drive the launch and ongoing growth of XDEMVY within ophthalmology/optometry practices.

You will manage key eye care accounts, develop strategic plans, and lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize patient access and product utilization. The role requires strong sales leadership, knowledge of managed care dynamics, and the ability to travel 40–50% across the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business to business sales
• Eye Care experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience
• Proven track record of pharmaceutical launch experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Expertise in eye care clinical information and product knowledge, including XDEMVY and office treatment patterns
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive account development
• Navigate managed care hurdles and optimize pull-through within the territory
• Understand ophthalmology/optometry practice dynamics and prescribing impact
• Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and adjust plans based on data
• Ensure PDMA compliance and uphold corporate values and ethics
• Provide frontline feedback to sales leadership and cross-functional teams
