Job summary

Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Leader to drive eye care sales across Jacksonville, Gainesville, and St. Augustine. You will own account management, educate clinicians on XDEMVY, and lead launch activities while ensuring compliant promotion and high ethical standards.

You will mentor teams, partner with district leaders, marketing, market access, medical affairs, and sales operations to maximize territory performance. Travel and leadership responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Eye Care experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration.
• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Proven selling, high performance, and influence abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own territory with eye care account management and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive sales execution and exceed performance goals across the geography.
• Use data to guide activity, extend product trial and utilization, and adjust strategies.
• Ensure PDMA compliance and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide frontline feedback to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Maximize resources and maintain a culture of accountability and ethics.
