Welcome to the Tarsanet Internal Career Center! The Territory Leader role is field-based, covering Jacksonville, Gainesville and St Augustine, with 40–50% travel.

You will lead eye care sales efforts, educate on XDEMVY, manage accounts, and partner with district leaders to launch and grow products while ensuring compliance and ethical promotion. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in pharma or healthcare sales, strong problem-solving, and the ability to translate data into territory strategy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Eye care experience preferred.
• Proven problem solving and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Eye Care Experts: build relationships with ophthalmology/optometry stakeholders and maximize managed care opportunities.
• Business Acumen & Sales Execution: drive top-tier execution and monitor KPIs to guide activity.
• Business Owners & Culture Champions: promote a culture of accountability and compliant promotion.
