Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optometric Technician to work closely with our optometrists in a fast-paced retail setting. You will manage a high volume of patients, perform pre-testing, and assist with contact lens training and data collection.

You will support in-person and video-assisted eye exams, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulations while contributing to a stellar patient experience.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate patient care during eye exams.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, staff, and patients.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate data.
• Learn and use medical software and devices quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between doctor and patient.
• Perform preliminary data collection (autorefraction, visual acuity, eye pressure).
• Support in person and video-assisted eye exams where available.
• Assist with contact lens training and training other team members.
