Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optometric Technician to work alongside our optometrists in our stores. You will assist with pre-testing, data collection, and training new contact lens wearers while supporting patients through eye exams.

You will help maintain precise records, manage appointment flow, and ensure privacy compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting. Ideal candidates bring patient-focused communication, multitasking ability, and comfort with medical software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a medical setting assisting clinicians.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Able to learn new medical software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-testing and data collection for eye exams.
• Support optometrists during exams and testing procedures.
• Train patients on contact lens insertion/removal as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports.
