You will coordinate scheduling, document patient information, handle payments, and support multiple departments. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are essential; a collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Formación

• One to two years of administrative experience with at least one year providing administrative support.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out to support patient flow.
• Document patient information, update records, and collect payments.
• Answer and triage inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and security.
• Schedule appointments to maintain patient flow and prepare charts.
• Prepare reports and transmit patient information to outside agencies.
• Maintain an organized front desk and front entry.
• Cross-train in departments and assist on special projects.
