Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors promptly and warmly.
• Answers the phone in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedules appointments to maximize provider time and patient flow.
• Notifies providers of delays and keeps the schedule on track.
• Fields patient charges and handles basic payment processing.
• Maintains office supplies and equipment with supervisor coordination.
• Protects patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintains a safe and organized work environment.
• Follows policies, procedures, and attendance requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
