Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out process.
• Document patient information, update records, and collect payments.
• Answer and triage patient inquiries by phone, email, and fax.
• Maintain confidential patient records and secure files.
• Coordinate scheduling and prepare charts for appointments.
• Assist with reports, records releases, and sharing information with outside agencies.
• Keep front desk organized; support other departments as needed.
