EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Office Manager to maximize retail sales while supporting patients’ medical needs. You will oversee all office operations, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety, driving Total Patient Experience (TPE) to improve revenue and profitability.

Ideal candidates have HR management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role requires an office-based setting with possible travel between locations and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA

Qualifications

• HR management experience or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Proven communication with staff and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Direct and drive overall sales and profitability of the office through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Build strong relationships with doctors and office staff as liaison.
• Lead HR activities: recruitment, training, coaching, and development; manage KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure financial controls and compliance with cash handling policies; submit required documents.
