Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC seeks an Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience, maximize retail revenue, and oversee daily office operations, including staffing, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety in a clinical setting.

You will collaborate with doctors, coach staff on KPI results, ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, manage scheduling and reporting, and maintain facilities across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Industry experience beneficial.
• Favorable result on background check.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute overall sales and profitability of an office location through Total Patient Experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and act as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members; manage KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for office staff.
• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through sound judgment and tools.
• Motivate team with positive communication amid changes.
• Maintain facilities to corporate standards; ensure HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
• Enforce cash handling policies and submit financial documents on schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, ordering, training.
