Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Office Manager to drive a world-class Total Patient Experience while maximizing office sales and profitability. You will manage all location operations, support staff, merchandising, inventory, training and safety, ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires independent judgment to optimize performance across the retail and clinical mix. A state license may be needed where required by the company.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Management experience required.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an office location through the Total Patient Experience.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with doctors and office staff; act as liaison.
• Human resource management: recruit, train, coach and develop team members; review KPI results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure cash handling policies are followed and financial documents are accurate and timely.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, supply orders, training.
