Stanton Optical is hiring at our Texas store for a Doctor’s Technician supporting patient experience and sales flow. You will greet customers, gather information, and facilitate services while bridging retail and clinical teams.

This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, accurate data entry, and timely delivery of eyewear. Applicants should have an associate degree or higher certification and at least two years in customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification, or current enrollment in a related program.
• 2+ years delivering excellent customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and active listening skills with diverse groups.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs.
• Promote products and services while facilitating sales and referrals.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and document patient history and tests.
• Assist management with issue resolution and keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic store housekeeping tasks.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
