Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide outstanding customer service at the on-site store in Texas. You will facilitate sales, coordinate pre-tests, and bridge the retail and clinical services teams to enhance the patient experience.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, an associate degree or certification, strong communication, and teamwork. Competitive benefits and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs, and present products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history and run pre-tests (e.g., noncontact tonometry, auto refraction, visual acuity).
• Assist management with patient concerns and keep status of orders updated.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in lab area operations when needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses and accurate order fulfillment.
