Stanton Optical is hiring a Customer Service/Optical Sales Associate to greet patients, gather information, and facilitate sales while coordinating with the clinical services team. You will handle appointments, basic pre-tests, and ensure smooth workflow between departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, and complete pre-tests and exams.
• Assist management with issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Ensure brand standards in lab and store areas and manage timely delivery of eyewear.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and maintain 100% service promises.
• Perform simple repairs and edge lenses to expedite delivery.
