Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Microsoft Suite 365 proficiency; optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale and during visits.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and facilitate a smooth sales process.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
