Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Ophthalmic/Optometric/medical field is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments per doctor preferences.
• Verify insurance eligibility and process claims as needed.
• Enter routing slips and documents into the EHR.
• Confirm and reschedule appointments; manage recalls.
