Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group in Elk Grove is seeking a Doctor Technician to serve as the friendly first touchpoint for patients, delivering outstanding customer service while supporting clinical services and bridging the gap between care and retail.

You will assist with pretesting, contact lens care, and patient scheduling, contributing to a smooth store flow and a positive patient experience, with a compensation package that includes an hourly wage plus commission and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team setting.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite 365.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide a memorable in-store experience.
• Schedule appointments and assist management with patient inquiries and orders.
• Support clinical-retail teamwork and ensure brand standards in the store.
• Assist with basic repairs, lens edging, and patient order delivery.
• Maintain patient records securely in line with HIPAA.
