Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and bridge the clinical services team with the retail team in our Sacramento stores. You will support pretesting, contact lens care, and coordinate with PEG doctors to ensure high-quality patient care and a seamless store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups; customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and facilitate a positive in-store experience.
• Greet customers, identify needs, present promotions, and facilitate sales.
• Support clinical and retail collaboration, schedule appointments and resolve patient issues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and assist with basic lab/optical tasks.
