Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to be the first touchpoint in our on-site store, ensuring a smooth flow from clinical services to retail. You will deliver outstanding customer service, greet patients, schedule appointments, and help with product information while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility with hours, and a strong customer-satisfaction mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive with problem-solving to address patient concerns.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Schedule flexibility; work hours determined by business needs.
• Enjoy working with technology and stay curious about current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by collaborating with other team members to accomplish store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information about products and services.
• Answer customer inquiries and gather necessary information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform status of pending orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and secure per HIPAA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
