Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification beyond high school, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients.
• Proactive problem solving and adaptability to changing needs in a team.
• Collaborative spirit while maintaining respectful relationships with team and patients.
• Driven by results with multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs and promote available products/services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history in the system, and perform pre-tests and basic eye-care tests.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and update on status of all jobs.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping when needed.
• Process eyewear orders, assemble lenses, and ensure timely delivery.
• Report equipment issues or order problems to management promptly.
• Keep track of delivery times to patients to achieve 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
