Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and drive clinical and sales goals with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department. You will often act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring patient care quality and adherence to procedures.

You will coach Doctor Technicians, coordinate training, maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance, and help meet daily store targets while upholding Stanton Optical’s iCARE values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and mentoring others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical/clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals with outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues and train the team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise and guide Doctor Technicians on clinical procedures and standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and HIPAA-compliant record-keeping are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and store brand standards; perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Coach technicians on contact lens insertion/removal and inventory management.
• Oversee contact lens orders, trials, and inventory weekly.
