Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering quality patient care and meeting clinical goals. You will supervise the team, serve as Manager on Duty, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes coaching Doctor Technicians, ensuring HIPAA-compliant records, and executing Physicians Eyecare Group clinical standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform about products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve issues and coach staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing and lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee instrument inventories and diagnostic lens trials.
