Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to guide store teams under the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations. You will serve as Manager on Duty, supervise Doctor’s Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive daily sales and patient satisfaction goals.

The role blends clinical leadership with everyday retail supervision, requiring strong communication and a passion for delivering exceptional eyecare.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Passion for patient care and mentoring others.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Google Docs.
• Optical/clinical exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide product information and services.
• Drive store revenue goals through superior customer service.
• Resolve issues and train staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor’s Technicians on pre-testing, refraction, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are followed and HIPAA compliant.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Assist in maintaining store brand standards and housekeeping.
• Coach staff on proper handling of contact lenses and diagnostics.
