Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support the Brand Manager in achieving clinical and sales goals. You may act as Manager on Duty to drive store performance and patient satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

You will mentor Doctor Technicians, manage diagnostic testing and contact lens care, and uphold HIPAA with detailed patient records. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Associate degree or advanced certification or enrollment in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure an easy, memorable experience.
• Drive sales to exceed revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and train team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, Digital Refraction, and Contact Lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures, and clinical standards are executed at the highest level.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain store brand standards via housekeeping duties.
• Coach and train Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens insertion/removal.
• Oversee contact lens orders and diagnostic lens inventory weekly.
