Job summary

Thomas Eye Group Pc seeks an experienced operations manager to oversee day-to-day activity across multiple locations, ensuring a safe, efficient patient-care environment with adequate staff coverage.

You will manage clerical, clinical, and physician schedules, budgets, payroll/timekeeping, invoices, and patient flow. Strong HIPAA, billing/coding knowledge, and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across multi-locations.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and payroll/timekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; typing speed 45 wpm or more.
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Lead clerical, clinical, and physician scheduling staff.
• Coordinate surgery schedules and patient flow throughout the day.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and invoicing processes.
• Address patient complaints and uphold clinic policies.
• Greet patients and assist with payments as needed.
