THOMAS EYE GROUP PC is seeking a skilled Clinic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations in the North Druid Hills/Decatur area. You will supervise clerical and clinical staff, coordinate physicians’ schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting budgeting and patient flow.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ophthalmology or medical management, strong HIPAA knowledge, and proven leadership with budgeting and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Advance knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
• Knowledge of diagnostic codes, billing codes and filing claims
• Ability to manage and work with a Customer Service attitude and polite telephone etiquette
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet; type at least 45 wpm accurately
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to lead and manage staff (co-workers)
• Aptitude with mathematical functionality (budgets, ledgers, financial reporting)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, driven, focused, observant
• Proactive, take initiative, attention to details, a problem solver

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure a safe and effective patient-care environment
• Direct clerical, clinical, and physicians’ schedules across multiple locations
• Prepare and manage budgets and staff payroll/timekeeping
• Develop and assist with marketing strategies for the clinic
• Manage patient workflow and scheduling throughout the day
• Coordinate reception, billing, and patient payments; maintain regulatory compliance
