Job summary

EyeCare Associates, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience and maximize both retail sales and patients' medical needs. You will oversee all operations of the location, support the team, manage merchandising and inventory, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a state optician license where required, and prior management experience is essential to lead the office team effectively. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Management experience required.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute overall sales and profitability of an office location.
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with doctors associated with the office.
• Human Resource Management: recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Exercise judgment to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards and safety regulations.
