Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Manager of Business Operations for the Eye Clinic to oversee daily operations, finances, and administration across Trinity Oral & Facial Surgery, Trinity Regional EyeCare, and Vision Galleria. You will lead support staff, optimize scheduling, and ensure efficient, patient-centered clinic operations.

The role partners with providers and leaders to drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Two years academic college or university preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical environment, preferred.
• Prior experience in a dental office, and/or eye clinic preferred.
• Prior medical billing and business office experience, preferred.
• Customer relations skills, required.
• Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational leadership for assigned clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and high quality patient service.
• Supervise clinic support staff, including performance management, scheduling, training, and development.
• Oversee business office activities such as billing, coding coordination, insurance workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
• Monitor practice performance metrics and implement process improvements to support financial and operational goals.
• Collaborate with providers, administrative leaders, and cross functional teams to address operational needs and maintain continuity of services.
• Support scheduling operations, appointment optimization, and electronic records processes to enhance patient access and experience.
• Ensure compliance with Trinity Health policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice standards within all assigned clinic sites.
