Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Group in the United States is seeking a Business Development Representative to manage and grow the Oklahoma territory with ECPs, optometrists, ophthalmologists and optical specialists, using consultative selling to promote ZEISS products and services.

You will plan territory activities, conduct sales calls, document opportunities in Salesforce, collaborate with sales leadership, and deliver on quarterly goals while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a successful B2B sales environment, preferably Rx/optical/medical device or retail with Fortune 500 companies.
• 5+ years of optical sales if outside sales experience is not available.
• Strong sales focus with ability to move opportunities through the sales cycle and provide accurate forecasts.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and other strategic targets.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to identify key customer targets and increase territory sales.
• Profile customer stores and create value-based sales strategies with financial impact.
• Lead sales conversations with ECPs to change behavior and close deals.
• Develop and implement account plans and meet quarterly business goals.
• Conduct on-site trainings and educational seminars to increase demand for Carl Zeiss Vision labs and lenses.
