Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B sales in Rx/optic/medical devices, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to forecast and exceed targets in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a successful B2B sales environment, preferably Rx/optic/medical device or Fortune 500 settings.
• Strong sales focus with ability to move opportunities through the sales cycle and provide forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and strategic targets.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to identify key customer targets and increase territory sales.
• Profile stores and financial data to craft value-based sales strategies with financial impact.
• Lead pre-call planning, objectives, and objection handling as trusted advisor.
• Drive sales conversations with ECPs and close deals.
• Create innovative strategies to meet business objectives amid obstacles.
• Communicate the advantages of ZEISS Vision products to Eye Care Professionals.
• Support and implement national marketing plans and digital tools.
• Plan and conduct on-site trainings and seminars to grow demand for products.
