ZEISS Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Eye Care professional channel across the U.S. You will source and cultivate new ECP clients, conduct sales calls, and promote Carl Zeiss Vision products and solutions using consultative selling.

Salesforce.com will be used to track opportunities and outcomes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B sales, a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales; Rx/optical or medical devices preferred.
• Strong sales focus with ability to forecast opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
• ABO certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and other targets.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to identify key customer targets and increase territory sales.
• Profile and evaluate each customer’s store operation and financial data; develop value-based strategies.
• Lead sales conversations with ECPs and close deals.
• Prepare and submit timely expense reports; manage travel costs effectively.
• Plan and conduct on-site training and educational seminars to boost product demand.
