ZEISS Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow the assigned territory. You will source, develop and cultivate new clients and business with eye care professionals, promote ZEISS products using consultative selling, and document activity in Salesforce.

You will develop territory plans, strive to meet Direct Rx sales targets and premium offerings, conduct pre-call planning, on-site trainings, and quarterly business reviews with sales leadership.

Qualifications

~3+ years in a successful business-to-business sales environment.
Effective consultative, conceptual and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and premium offerings.
Utilize Salesforce.com to identify key customer targets and increase territory sales.
Profile store operations, financials and profit drivers to create value-based sales strategies.
Conduct pre-call planning and set objectives; address objections with strategic approaches.
Plan and deliver on-site trainings and educational seminars; document activity in CRM.
Input accurate and timely reports and manage travel costs efficiently.
