In this role, you will sell residential and commercial building materials to contractor customers and strategically grow new business in the industry.

Outside Sales Representatives at ABC Supply have exclusive sales tools and high earning potential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of building contractor processes preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass MVR and maintain adequate vehicle insurance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Superior time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Utilize sales reports to recognize opportunities in customer buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers and schedule appointments with prospective customers.
• Provide solutions for service concerns and assist with credit applications.
• Train customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.
