Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Utilize sales data to recognize opportunities in buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions for service concerns.
• Provide training to customers on product lines and services.
• Assist customers with the credit application process.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and collect payments.
