Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Sales or related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with product lines and the building contractor process is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, pass an MVR check, and vehicle insurance must meet company requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Superior time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Utilize sales reports to recognize opportunities in buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow leads and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Provide solutions if a service concern arises.
• Train customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process.
• Connect with customers to ensure past‑due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.
